摘要: The objective of this research is to develop a simple, sensitive and validated kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination nortriptyline hydrochloride in pure pharmaceutical formulations. based on derivatization drug with1-chloro-2,4-dinitrobenzene (CDNB) dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) medium at room temperature (30 10C). reaction was followed spectrophotometrically by measuring increase absorbance 390 nm as function time. Under optimized experimental conditions, Beers law obeyed concentration range 20-100 g/ml both initial rate fixed time methods. limits quantitation are 2.975 3.680 methods, respectively. has been successfully applied Statistical comparison results with reference shows excellent agreement indicates no significant difference accuracy precision.
