摘要: The anisotropic thermal expansion of BiB3O6 (BIBO) has been studied in the temperature range 25 °C to 299.5 °C. three values principal coefficients α1, α2, and α3 orientation axes are −26.43×10−6 K−1, 50.4×10−6 K−1, 8.53×10−6 K−1, 8.9°, respectively. Large will cause stress, leading crystal fracture formation parasitic crystallites along direction grain growth. results obtained from transmission electron microscopy support evidence observed measurements expansion.
