摘要: A wide set of published mass and heat transfer data is reviewed in terms the stochastic renewal theory. simple model then proposed describing fluid bulk properties. Two expressions are presented they enable us to evaluate velocity as a function turbulence flow for smooth fully-rough surfaces large ranges Schmidt (or Prandtl) Reynolds numbers. The over transitional can also be evaluated by using criterion choice right expression. relationships agree satisfactorily with from laboratory atmospheric measurements, both solid liquid surfaces.
