摘要: A novel method based on simultaneous liquid-liquid microextraction and carbon nanotube reinforced hollow fiber microporous membrane solid-liquid phase has been developed for the determination of six organophosphorus pesticides, i.e. isocarbophos, phosmet, parathion-methyl, triazophos, fonofos phoxim, in water watermelon samples prior to high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Under optimum conditions, shows a good linearity within range 1-200 ng/mL 5-200 ng/g samples, with correlation coefficients (r) varying from 0.9990 0.9997 0.9986 0.9995, respectively. The limits detection (LODs) were between 0.1 0.3 1.0 1.5 samples. recoveries at spiking levels 5.0 50.0 85.4 100.8%, they 82.6 92.4%, relative standard deviations (RSDs) 4.5-6.9% 5.2-7.4%, results suggested that represents simple, low-cost, high analytes preconcentration excellent sample cleanup procedure pesticides
