摘要: In order to meet the global demand of CO2 neutral energy, chemical-looping combustion could play an important role. Oxygen can be transferred from air fuel by means oxygen carrying metal oxide particles circulating between two reactors, air- and a reactor. This enables without mixing products combustion, H2O with nitrogen air. In this thesis main strategies for using solid fuels oxygen-carrier material have been investigated. The first is introduction coal directly reactor where gasification subsequent reactions will occur simultaneously. second use carrier which releases O2 in gas-phase oxidized through normal combustion. last alternative referred as uncoupling (CLOU). results give proof concept both investigated options. A small lab designed tests has developed, experimental procedure testing established. involves cyclic oxidation containing gas reduction fuel.
