摘要: Genes encoding proteins with A20/AN1 zinc-finger domains, belonging to the stress associated protein (SAP) gene family, are present in all eukaryotes and play a decisive role plant response diverse physiological molecular activities particularly on biotic abiotic stresses (AbS). In this first foremost study, global transcriptome analysis of members SAP family was carried out C3 model-Oryza sativa (OsSAP) aiming at identification OsSAP genes activated unique or Combined AbS (CAbS). Based available spatio-temporal phytohormonal RNA-Seq expression profile datasets, nine were filtered identified by differential signature noted various tissues as well hormones. Comparative genome ideogram confirmed orthologous collinearity C4 panicoid genomes. Interactome these genes, revealed cross-talks OsSAP. Thus, computational led better understanding dynamism developmental tissues/organs. Transcriptional regulation key (drought salinity) suggested novel OsSAP1, OsSAP2, OsSAP5, OsSAP7, OsSAP8 OsSAP11 AbS. Altogether, study provides deeper insights characteristics which could be deployed further decipher their precise functional roles responses.Communicated Ramaswamy H. Sarma.
