Applying ISO-Space to Healthcare Facility Design Evaluation Reports

摘要: This paper describes preliminary work on the spatial annotation of textual reports about healthcare facility design to support long-term goal linking report content a three-dimensional building model. Emerging semantic standards enable formal description multiple types discourse information. In this instance, we investigate application standard at building-interior level, where most prior applications have been inter-city or street level. Working with small corpus evaluation documents, begun apply ISO-Space specification annotate information in reports. These present an opportunity explore language novel situation. We describe our scenario, sorts found reports, discuss issues arising when applying building-level entities and propose possible extensions address encountered.
