Transgenic mice and mutants in MHC research.

摘要: This volume contains papers presented at the international conference on "Transgenic Mice and Mutants in MHC Research," held Bar Harbor, Maine, June, 1989. The meeting brought together eighty researchers working field. While mouse H-2 mutants have been known for many years their studies continue to contribute a great deal our understanding of structure/function relationships evolution molecules. Recently new direction research has emerged regulation, expression function genes using transgenic animals carrying exogenous from same or other species engineered genes.
