摘要: Recently, Dclk1 expression was identified to be an intestinal cancer stem cell specific biomarker in mouse models, implicating a potential role for targeting the DCLK1-postive cells as treatment colorectal cancer. Using quantitative methylation PCR (qMSP) we here demonstrated that DCLK1 promoter is hypermethylated vast majority of cancers (134/164; 82%), with no normal mucosa samples (0/106).
