摘要: Glycogen synthase kinase 3β (GSK3β) is involved in several biochemical processes neurons regulating cellular survival, gene expression, cell fate determination, metabolism and proliferation. GSK3β activity inhibited through the phosphorylation of its Ser-9 residue. In this study we sought to investigate role BDNF/TrkB signalling modulation activity. regulates both vivo retinal tissue as well neuronal cells under culture conditions. We report here for first time that BDNF can also regulate independent effects TrkB receptor signalling. Knockdown lead a decline without having detectable effect on or downstream effectors Akt Erk1/2. Treatment with agonist had stimulating phosphorylation, but was significantly less pronounced which knocked down. The use antagonist similarly, manifested itself form downregulation combined inhibition knockdown exhibited much stronger negative effect. vivo, observed reduced levels tissues BDNF(+/-) animals implicating critical regulation Concluding, axis strongly exhibits regulatory actions
