摘要: Abstract Contaminated industrial effluents often contain a variety of organic pollutants that can disturb the development endocrine system and organs respond to signals in organisms. Total characterisation detect all these potential disruptors by standard GC-MS methods is difficult since this technique misses more polar or non-volatile fraction compounds. The wide spectrum endocrine-toxic substances their low concentrations require powerful analytical approaches like LC-MS for identification. Furthermore, detection effects developed up now do not show possible oestrogenic results different tests are comparable one another. Therefore, further ecotoxicological research should be carried out so new strategies proposed. In article, an overview determining contaminants identification presented.
