摘要: PURPOSE OF REVIEW Endoscopy is the first-line examination and most reliable way to get precise bidimensional assessment of superficial extent a squamous cell cancer arising within upper aerodigestive tract (UADT). Its role as cornerstone at each diagnostic step in evaluation head neck patients, both treatment follow-up, cannot be overemphasized.
