摘要: Summary Electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy was used to study the uptake of manganese and copper by living excised wheat roots. Investigations were made from solutions in which cations present as free ions or EDTA complexes. Little progress with because manganous complexes gave only spectrum Mn2+ arising dissociation complexes; undissociated giving no solution at room temperature. With shown have little dependence on form involve an initial immobilization subsequent progressive appearance a soluble complex having EPR parameters similar those some copper-amino acid
