摘要: The 6.9 F semirigid ureteroscope has a hybrid design that shares the rigid body with fiberoptic imaging bundle of flexible ureteroscopes. This allows more space for inner channel, so there are two working channels 3.4 and 2.3 F. was used in 65 cases on 57 patients without dilatation intramural ureter. It mainly management ureteral calculi (29 cases) visual diagnostic purposes (28 cases). double-channel proved extremely helpful lithotripsy, while ability to access ureter gave consistently clearer picture purposes. Forty-two were done under local anesthesia sedation. In 1 patient minor perforation developed secondary use electrohydraulic lithotripsy (EHL). Postoperatively, 7 complained colic, 5 low grade fever developed, 2 had both.
