摘要: Abstract The trade-off between permeability and rejection limits the widespread application of organic solvent nanofiltration (OSN) membrane. As a promising membrane materials, polyaniline (PANI) has drawn increasing attention owing to its easy synthesis excellent chemical stability. Nowadays, reported PANI-based OSN membranes were fabricated by phase inversion process together with crosslinking treatment. In this work, novel double-layered composite was firstly developed through in-situ polymerization aniline onto hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile (HPAN) porous substrate. separation performances PANI/HPAN optimized varying concentration, time oxidant:aniline ratio. prepared 0.2 M aniline, 1 h 1:4 ratio displayed ethanol permeance 14.9 L∙m−2∙h−1∙bar−1 rose bengal 98.1%. performance solvents including methanol, isopropanol, 1-butanol, acetone, n-hexane, toluene also tested, showing molecular weight cut-off (MWCO) 500 ∼ 600 g∙mol−1. addition, maintained stable under strong acid soaking, ultrasonic vibration continuous filtration
