Vegetable and fruit intake in one person household: The Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (2010~2012)

摘要: Purpose: The aim of the current study was to compare vegetable and fruit intake between one person households those living with family. Methods: 24-hour recall data 14,914 persons over 20 years old who participated in Korean National Health Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES) from 2010 2012 were used for final analysis. Consumption non-salted vegetables fruits (≥ 400 g/day), 200 kimchi 120 g/day) compared Logistic regression models assess associations potential determinants adequate intake.
