Identification, Selection and Prioritization of Key Performance Indicators for the Improvement of Occupational Health (Case Study: An Automotive Company).

摘要: Regarding the important role of occupational health in continuous improvement organizations, aim this study was to identify, select and prioritize key indicators for an automotive company. This cross-sectional descriptive carried out three stages. First, a semi-structured interview as well inspection review company's documentation studies were out, set identified selected. Then, validity determined by experts (N = 11). Following that, prioritized based on SMART criteria. framework, we collected that included 45 17 educational ones. The results examining their content showed among primary ones, 12 9 had acceptable validity, respectively, total 21 suggested purpose expert team. prioritizing leading indicator such percentage corrective preventive actions done with weight 0.146 first priority. A proposed according results, objective study, which can help managers industrial hygiene assess performance industry.
