摘要: Ionic contact is established and maintained between electrodes soil in ohmic heating of a subsurface formation for recovery volatile semi-volatile materials, such as hazardous waste, hydrocarbon-like valuable minerals having thermally responsive properties. A compressed, dry sponge wrapped around an electrode, which then inserted into bore hole. conductive liquid added to the hole, causing swell, creating stable substantial interface flow currents.
