摘要: Abstract The formation of helium bubbles in the advanced SiC composites, Tyranno-SA SiC/PyC/β-SiC (TSA) and Hi-Nicalon Type-S (HNS), implanted with irradiated by dual-beam was investigated. Post-implantation annealing carried out at 1000/1200/1400 °C, irradiation 800/1000 °C. For He implantation, were observed only matrix for temperatures ⩾1200 irradiation, no a dose 10 dpa, but doses up to 100 matrix. Under these conditions, TSA HNS fibers exhibited good microstructural stability against influence. In addition, possible diffusion modes suggested here describe behavior different temperature regions.
