摘要: Abstract Oil-in-water or water-in-oil-in-water emulsion systems with unique physical properties may be prepared from solids. Novel aqueous by preparing an oil containing glass via a solvent deposition process. The resultant is composed of sucrose and in the case multiple system low HLB surfactant. Contrary to conventional theory, addition water results self-emulsification phase formation either o/w w/o/w emulsion. X-ray diffraction studies indicate that process while infrared analysis indicates processing does not form new chemical entities. Particle size emulsions particle dispersed reproducible ranges 0.1 35 μm. From these it evident using techniques field emulsions. These are they stored as solids, more correctly, glasses.
