摘要: Abstract In this paper the possibilities and restriction for applying low power TXRF spectrometer PicoTAX one-site analysis of heavy metal contaminated soils sediments are evaluated. Basis evaluation is Superfund Innovative Technology Evaluation (SITE) program, conducted by U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA). During a measurement campaign, performed under realistic conditions, 320 soil sediment samples were analyzed. The task was fast main target elements antimony, arsenic, cadmium, chromium, copper, iron, lead, mercury, nickel, selenium, silver, vanadium, zinc. These present in wide ranging concentrations. Out set seven primary five secondary objectives method detection limits, accuracy precision measurements discussed. addition to on-site measurements, application soil- after complete microwave assisted acid digestion reported. Recent instrument improvements have distinctly increased quality results. A detailed description these new developments results discussed
