摘要: Positron emission tomography (PET) has been widely used in early diagnosis of tumors. Though standardized uptake value (SUV) is a common index for PET, it will be affected by the size tumor. To explore how tumor affects imaging index, dynamic PET images were simulated to study relationship between and index. It was found that SUV region varied with scan time, always lower than true Even more deviations reduced size. The SUV(max) reliable SUV, declined only when volume less 3 mm(3). Therefore, effect on are as indices tumors should not neglected.
