摘要: In this article the author examines concepts of moral distress and courage within context nursing practice. Examples challenging healthcare situations from United Kingdom Ireland are discussed in light examination these two concepts. The examples illuminate features that need to be considered relation different organisational cultural contexts. This requires an understanding complexity clinical contexts appreciation fallibility vulnerability nurses other practitioners. goal is encourage organisations create supportive structures sensitive leadership will enhance work setting.
