摘要: Methods of preparing single reactive center reagents are encompassed by the invention. The invention also includes compositions comprised of, for example, streptavidin conjugated to quantum dots in combination with a probe biotin, and methods use thereof labeling analyzing polymeis such as nucleic acids.
