摘要: A method of determining the haplotype structures a nucleic acid comprising two or more single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) interest is provided. The comprises: obtaining an enriched fraction which comprises from 2 to 30 times one allelic variant than other acid; and genotyping identify alleles in SNPs that are present at higher level lower said interest, wherein on form non-enriched haplotype.
