摘要: Abstract This work reports on the solvothermal preparation and optical properties of InP core InP/ZnS core/shell quantum dots (QDs). QDs are synthesized using a phosphorus (P) source tris(dimethylamino)phosphine (P(N(CH3)2)3) under conditions in range reaction temperature 120–180 °C time 12 h−1 week to tune their size. ZnS shelling is also solvothermally performed by varying shell growth from 180 220 °C for 6 h, then respective subjected size-sorting procedure. Effects fluorescent attributes (emission peak wavelength, bandwidth, yield) resulting size-sorted QD fractions investigated. The qualitative information thickness as function furthermore provided x-ray diffraction photoelectron spectroscopy.
