摘要: The primary site of action ethanol and other general anesthetics on the nervous system is cell membrane (Hill Bangham, 1975; Lee, 1977). These drugs have been shown to intercalate into biological membranes this intercalation has correlated with anesthetic effect (Seeman, 1972; Hubbell McConnel, 1968; Roth Seeman, 1972). potency directly related their lipid solubility, indicating a hydrophobic (Lee, 1976; Within membrane, there are three major types sites for ethanol: between adjacent molecules, at lipid/protein boundary in regions proteins. Studies (Roth Hill, 1974; Paterson, et al., Hui Barton, 1973) depressants demonstrated that these alter physical properties by interacting one or more sites. It changes which proposed as basis anesthesia 1977; 1976).
