摘要: Cyanobacteria produce a high variety of bioactive oligopeptides, which function, ecological, physiological roles and responses to environmental changes are still unclear. The influence light intensity on the cell quota diversity oligopeptides two strains cyanobacterium Radiocystis fernandoii were experimentally tested. peptides quantified by HPLC identified MALDI-TOF-TOF. Microcystins (MC) generally more abundant in treatment with low light. A compensatory mechanism was observed for different variants microcystin, whereby MC-RR contrary those other three showed higher concentration intermediate Two microviridins also produced at amounts irradiance. For cyanopeptolins third microviridin no significant difference among treatments found. absence similar response all suggests that these compounds may have unique cellular functions, better understanding could help explaining toxicity. Finally, we each chemical profile reflected differences between strains, strengthening idea chemotypes act as distinct ecotypes nature.
