摘要: Introduction: Hip fracture is common in the elderly. However, quality of life elderly after hip surgery has been largely ignored. Therefore, this study was conducted to compare with and without history surgery. Methods: In a case-control study, 70 individuals at least three months before (case group) were compared same specifications except (control group). The five-dimensional instrument Euro Qol (EQ5D) used collect data. Chi-square test, t-test, analysis variance (ANOVA) calculating odds ratio for data analysis. Results: Compared control group, mobility, pain/discomfort, anxiety/depression, health status, self-care, level activity lower patients fracture. mean scores also significantly case group regardless all demographic variables such as age, sex, living arrangements, income, marriage, education, job. Conclusion: chance undesirable 9.17 times greater than similar history. developing supportive systems rehabilitation facilities may improve patients’ life.
