摘要: It has been shown theoretically that phases of unilamellar and multilamellar vesicles are stable when the curvature energy bilayer, described by two elastic constants κ \(\bar \kappa\) associated respectively with mean Gaussian curvature, is small. We report here on a systematic study effect alcohol chain length stability structure made brine, Sodium Dodecylsulfate (SDS) alcohol. The varied from C5 (pentanol) to C10 (decanol). Using different techniques we find phase polydisperse vesicle exists in all systems studied. In dilute regime at very low membrane volume fraction φ M, present, their size increases length. As M they coexist oligolamellar small number shells. relative proportions both types depend upon bilayer elasticity.
