Encoding/decoding digital frames by down-sampling/up-sampling with enhancement information

摘要: Input digital frames may be down-sampled to create one or more base characterized by a lower resolution than the input frames. Enhancement information corresponding difference between pixel values for and of up-sampled versions is then created. The are encoded form set data enhancement data. transmitted over network stored in memory.
