摘要: The hypothesis was investigated that decreased ulcerogenicity of indomethacin in rats caused by simultaneous administration sodium salicylate is due to protection the prostacyclin (PGI2) generating system gastric mucosa latter drug. It found and inhibited PGI2 release from a significantly less degree than alone. Thus, these preliminary data support above hypothesis.
