摘要: The aim of the study was to determine response metallicolous and nonmetallicolous Echium vulgare L. populations chronic multi-metal (Zn, Pb, Cd) acute Zn (200, 400 μM) Pb (30, 60 μM) stress. Three E. vulgare, one from uncontaminated two metal-contaminated areas, were studied. Two types experiments performed - a short-term hydroponic experiment with or stress long-term manipulative soil use soils sites origin three populations. Growth parameters, such as shoot root fresh weight leaf area, well organic acid accumulation determined. Moreover, concentration selected secondary metabolites antioxidant capacity in exposed excess measured.
