摘要: The question of ‘how does the allogeneic fetus survive gestation in face maternal immune system?’ has yet to be definitively answered. Several acceptable mechanisms exist facilitate survival semi-allogeneic various species; paramount is immunological separation and fetal tissues during gestation. However, keen observation system pregnancy noted tolerance paternal-specific antigens. A mechanism by which tolerates specific paternal antigens expressed on would far more beneficial than previously proposed indolence that leave mother susceptible infection. In species like human or rodent, implantation occurs days after fertilisation and, as such, establish antigen-specific must initiated very early pregnancy. We others propose these are at time insemination when first introduced system. Indeed, a new paradigm demonstrating importance paternal–maternal communication becoming evident it relates antigen ultimately success.
