摘要: Dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) is defined as a heart disease of unknown cause with enlargement and impaired contraction the left or both ventricles. It may be idiopathic, familial/genetic, viral and/or immune, alcoholic/toxic, associated recognized cardiovascular diseases in which degree myocardial dysfunction not sufficiently explained by causative [1]. Recent clinical experimental data have suggested coincidental relationship myocarditis [2].Viral persistence has been documented chronic failure [3–7]. While acute phase tissue destruction caused direct cytotoxic effect virus, extent damage depression cardiac function state depends on virally induced humoral cellular immune processes. These one hand limit further expansion destructive process, but other they themselves ongoing injury to myocardium.
