摘要: We report on a method for selective fluorometric determination of Ag(I) based the use graphene oxide (GO) and by exploiting exonuclease III-assisted signal amplification. In presence Ag(I), self-hybridization cytosine-rich ss-DNA labeled with fluorescent tag FAM leads to formation ds-DNA that is cleaved catalytic action Exo III. absence ions, however, tagged adsorbed surface GO its fluorescence quenched. As result, induction process strong amplification fluorescence. The allows ions be determined in 1 250 nM concentration range, 0.1 detection limit. recoveries range from 93.3 105.1 %, RSDs <8.2 %.
