摘要: This thesis studied cadmium sulfide and selenide quantum dots their performance as light absorbers in dot-sensitised solar cells. research has made contributions to the understanding of size dependent photodegradation, passivation particle growth mechanism using SILAR method role ZnSe shell coatings on cell improvement.
