摘要: Promotion of thermoinhibited (30 degrees C) lettuce (Lactuca sativa cv ;Grand Rapids') seed germination by ethylene is similar to the action gas in other hormonal systems. Ethylene was more active than propylene and ethane inactive. An inhibitor production, aminoethoxy-vinylglycine, reduced evolution germination. Inhibitors such as, 5-methyl-7-chloro-4-ethoxycarbonylmethoxy-2,1,3-benzothiadiazole, 2,5-norbornadiene, silver thiosulfate inhibited effect reversed addition phase. The appears be due promotion radial cell expansion embryonic hypocotyl. N6-benzyladenine fusiccocin, which also overcome thermoinhibition, a hypocotyl elongation. None promoters studied appeared function lowering mechanical resistance endosperm growth. Data presented here are consistent with view that plays role under normal conditions.
