摘要: Attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is the most commonly diagnosed neurobehavioral of childhood. The etiopathogeny ADHD has not been totally defined. Recent reports have suggested a pathophysiological role neurotrophins in ADHD. In this study, we evaluated serum levels nerve growth factor (NGF) patients with sample population consisted 44 child or adolescent according to DSM-IV criteria; 36 healthy subjects were included study as controls. Venous blood samples collected, and NGF measured. mean significantly higher than those Age gender correlated levels. There no significant differences among combined predominantly inattentive subtypes Our suggests that there are drug naive patients, increased might an important pathophysiology
