摘要: Attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is the most commonly diagnosed neurobehavioral of childhood. The etiopathogeny ADHD has not been totally defined. Recent reports have suggested a pathophysiological role neurotrophins in ADHD. In this study, we evaluated serum levels nerve growth factor (NGF) patients with sample population consisted 44 child or adolescent according to DSM-IV criteria; 36 healthy subjects were included study as controls. Venous blood samples collected, and NGF measured. mean significantly higher than those Age gender correlated levels.
