摘要: The direct determination of As in solid samples plant origin using electrothermal vaporization inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ETV-ICP-MS) is reported. first phase the work consisted an optimization carrier gas flow rate and heating cycle modified graphite furnace (ashing temperatures). A systematic study signal profiles (signal intensity as a function time) showed that coming from liquid standards added to material, only analogous behaviour on condition these spikes were previously dried before sample was introduced into boat. potential technique assessed by establishing figures merit analysing some standard reference materials for As. An absolute limit detection approximately 1 pg established As, corresponding relative ng g–1 typical mg. Results obtained content analysed not deteriorated presence Cl, even addition amounts Cl exceeding no 40Ar35Cl+ interference 75As+ could be established. For origin, several methods calibration investigated, including external both single addition. use internal (Sb) studied its requirement being advisable imperative, depending method used. Although offered possibilities accurate (mean deviation between ETV-ICP-MS results certified values <10%), most practicable straightforward method.
