摘要: Job satisfaction is one of the most popular topics in organisational behaviour research, as it affects productivity and job commitment. This study examines various factors contributing to journalists by contextualising research unique Singapore environment, where news media, state-protected monopolies, provide with security good monetary rewards. Singapore’s media clearly deviate from liberal norms terms legal framework within which they operate, yet compete well against professionals other countries for international awards editorial excellence.
