摘要: Incisional hernias fundamentally result from acute laparotomy wound failure. Evidence supports the mechanism that gaps in early repair progress to clinical incisional [1, 2]. The linea alba is especially at risk for failure because of low number fibroblasts and relative ischemia this location abdominal wall. Laparotomy wound-healing occurs when there (1) reduced quantity or 2) impaired quality collagen matrix synthesis, recellularization, and, ultimately, tissue [3]. Surgical mechanical approaches problem hernia formation may underestimate how biological response injured affects outcomes.
