摘要: Self-assembly is beginning to be seen as a practical vehicle for computation. We investigate how basic ideas on tiling can applied the assembly and evaluation of circuits. suggest that these procedures realized molecular scale through medium self-assembled DNA tiles. One layer tiles will used program or circuit leads computation particular Boolean expression. This templates tiles, their associations then lead actual involving input data. describe motifs this purpose; we show template programmed, in much way general-purpose computer run programs variety applications. The system fundamentally pair two-dimensional layers, but it seems possible extend multiple layers.
