摘要: Background: Renal osteodystrophy is common in children with chronic renal failure (CRF) and X-ray an intensive method the diagnosis of disease. In this study we compared microfocal radiography conventional for osteodystrophy. Methods: The X-rays left wrists 21 CRF insufficiency were taken by methods. Results: Both methods revealed osteopenia all patients (100%), widening, fraying cupping ulnar radial metaphysis 10 (47.6%), osteosclerosis three (14.2%) pseudofracture one (4.7%) patient. Microfocal demonstrated patient, four subperiosteal resorption five that not detected method. Conclusion: Two found to be significantly different demonstrating changes due rickets hyperparathyroidism it concluded may preferred childhood osteodystrophy.
