OBSERVATION OF A SHALLOW WATER INTERNAL OSCILLATION EVENT

摘要: At a shallow water station (6 m in depth), an internal oscillation event which consisted of one or two wave-like features, with period 3 h and height 1.5 m, was observed. The velocities within the column were modified by during flood phase tide; multilayered velocity structure intense shear generated. Further investigations are required to understand fully mechanism for formation such event.
