摘要: The pathway of production AMP and adenosine in the myocardial interstitial fluid compartment was studied isolated perfused normoxic guinea pig heart by collecting transmyocardial effluent (t.m.e.) with method De Deckere Ten Hoor (1977). Besides inosine, found t.m.e. Infusion α,β-methylene 5′-diphosphate (AOPCP), a specific inhibitor ecto 5′-nucleotidase, resulted increases inosine decrease adenosine. acetate producing nearly twofold increase content did not even presence AOPCP. In preparations made from 6-OH dopamine treated animals, were reduced AOPCP produced smaller indicating that most if all originated sympathetic nerve terminals. Infusions β,γ-imidoadenosine β,γ-methylene 5′-triphosphate (AMPPNP AMPPCP), non-hydrolysable analogs ATP, dose-dependent AMP, which much augmented AMPPNP similar effects dopamine-treated preparations. As AMPPCP are good substrates ATP pyrophosphohydrolase, these findings indicate pyrophosphohydrolase space.
