摘要: Glioma is one of most malignant primary tumors the brain. However, due to a lack effective means for diagnosing and treating glioma, prognosis glioma patients remains poor. Therefore, understanding molecular mechanism progression essential treatment. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are novel regulators gene expression at transcriptional, post-transcriptional epigenetic levels. Recent evidence indicates that lncRNAs may play important roles in regulating glioma. In this article, we review profile discuss functions known mechanisms several representative detail, as well prospects diagnostic prognostic biomarkers therapeutic targets.
