摘要: Opiates are not the only drugs that produce tolerance or dependence. However, to and dependence on these develop very rapidly reach a high magnitude. The clinical significance of opiate is well-known. Conditions for use rigorously controlled they can be used strict indications. Modern societies less developed ones seem equally vulnerable illegal abuse drugs. There consequently great need define basic conditions mechanisms underlying development.
