摘要: Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) is the second and third most common malignancy in Iranian males females, respectively. Treatment of ESCC largely ineffective due to lack detection at early stages disease. In recent years, miRNA, a small RNA molecule, has drawn much attention researchers as potential biomarker for esophageal cancer. miR-93 miR-143 are two miRNA molecules reported be frequently deregulated various cancers, including prostate, stomach, cervix, etc. The purpose this study was investigate expression levels these miRNAs evaluate their diagnostic therapeutic carcinoma. study, total extracted from 30 tumor tissues nontumor margins, using RNX-plus solution. After validating quality quantity RNA, cDNAs interest were synthesized microRNA-specific cDNA Synthesis Kit. level evaluated quantitative real-time PCR with miRNA-specific primers. Finally, obtained data analyzed by SPSS ver.20 software paired t test performed observe significance difference between groups. significantly increased decreased examined tissues, compared tissues. Also, our findings did not detect correlation mir-93 mir-143 expressions regard stage grade samples. These suggest that deregulation may play an important role Both might used biomarkers However, more studies large population samples necessary.
