Enhanced Photoluminescent Properties and Crystalline Morphology of LiBaPO4:Tm3+ Phosphor through Microwave Sintering Method

摘要: An investigation of the photoluminescent properties and crystalline morphology blue emitting LiBa1-xPO4:xTm3+ phosphors with various concentrations (x = 0.005-0.030) Tm3+ ions were synthesized by microwave sintering. For comparison, powders sintered at same sintering condition but in a conventional furnace also investigated. LiBaPO₄ without second phase was formed no matter which used. More uniform grain size distributions are obtained When concentration ion x 0.015, luminescence intensity reached maximum value, then decreased increases due to quenching effect. The significantly enhanced emission phosphors. Additionally, d-d interaction is key mechanism for LiBaPO₄:Tm3+. chromaticity (x, y) all LiBa1-xPO₄:xTm3+ located (0.16, 0.05), will be classified as region.
